At the Madeley Town Council meeting of 4th February 2019, it was RESOLVED to seek the approval of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government to apply for a Public Works Loan Board loan of £586,680 up to 27 years for the renovation of The Anstice Memorial Hall. The annual loan repayments will come to around £30,180. It is not intended to increase the precept for the purpose of the loan repayments.
