Town Council staff work hard to maintain the toilets to a high standard, six days a week. Unfortunately they are still subject to some misuse and periodic vandalism but we do our best to keep this in check and to keep them clean and tidy and carry out repairs as quickly as possible. If you experience any problems with the facilities or if you feel they are not up to standard for any reason we would really appreciate it if you could call in to Jubilee House and let us know.
In 2016 the Friendly Retirement Group, who meet at Jubilee House, donated a Defibrillator to the council for it to be placed in a public place. It is located on the outside of the toilet block, at the front in a prominent yellow box. Full instructions for operation are on the front.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions Madeley public toilets will be operating on reduced hours – Mon-Fri 9am-1pm.
